Campustown Celebrates ISU’s Cytennial Homecoming Celebration

Enjoy a Welch Avenue Reunion in Campustown hosted by the Campustown Action Association. Participating in the city-wide activities surrounding Iowa State University’s Cytennial Homecoming Celebration, Campustown welcomes ISU alumni back with an ISU Alumni Friday Afternoon Celebration (FAC) from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. in Campustown on Friday, October 26, 2012. The event will take place in the Welch Lot T, the parking lot between 207 and 217 Welch Avenue (just south of Welch Avenue Station and Pizza Pit).

The celebration includes a beer garden and live musical performance from Standing Hampton, covering classic songs from the 80s, 90s and today. The ISU Alumni FAC is open to visitors 21 years old or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The event is free to enter with beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food for sale inside.

Campustown Action Association is an affiliate of the Ames Chamber of Commerce.
