Tickets can be purchased at Stephens Auditorium Ticket Office and through all Ticketmaster locations.
Chris became a gold recording artist with his first two albums, producing seven hits—five Top 10s including: “What Kinda Gone,” “Laredo,” “Miss Me Baby,” “What a Beautiful Day,” and “Chicks Dig It.”
Chris has traveled overseas to visit US troops in Korea, visited Ft. Hood, appeared on national television (CNN Headline News, Fox News Channel) in Los Angeles and Nashville (GAC/RFD-TV) and taped a television series scheduled to air on the RFD channel in the fall. He has also graced the pages of Country Weekly, American Cowboy and Country Music People.
When he’s not on the road, Chris is in the studio with Keith Stegall, known for his success with Alan Jackson and most recently, the Zac Brown Band, working on his forthcoming album release slated to hit shelves later this fall.
“My grandfather once told me that if you’re gonna gamble, bet on yourself and bet the ranch,” says country music singer Chris Cagle. “And that has been something that I live by.” From age 6, Chris had a passion for music and was immediately drawn to performing. While deciding to quit school to move to Nashville and pursue his dream, Chris met Harlan Howard, who helped him write and publish a true country song. Chris was soon discovered by Donna Duarte, the assistant of Scott Hendricks (president of Virgin Records Nashville) and was soon on the fast track to fame. After Virgin Nashville’s closing Cagle was absorbed into Capitol Nashville, releasing his debut album, Play It Loud, featuring the future No. 1 hit, “I Breathe In, I Breathe Out.” He went on to release his second album Anywhere but Here in 2006 and My Life’s Been a Country Song in 2008 that debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Current Country” chart with 36,600 in first-week sales making it the best-selling country album for the week.
